Overview
Answer-Link 3G is the new, technically advanced Telecare Response Centre to be
provided by Jontek. The system is fully Web enabled, complies with the TSA Code
of Practice and is in line with the Supporting People requirements for more flexible
and cost-effective methods of working.
Answer-Link 3G is fully capable of monitoring the latest generation of Telecare
and Telehealth equipment as well as older legacy Community Alarm and Social Alarm
systems. The system has a powerful, yet user friendly reporting facility which
allows our clients to provide a high quality and efficient Telecare monitoring
service in an ever more demanding climate.
There are many effective but simple to use tools, including those required for
TSA Code of Practice compliance and Supporting People. For example, the reporting
function provides the facility to produce bespoke and standard reports as and
when they are required, with full email integration, along with fully integrated
Telecare assessment, referral and stock control management.
Email Integration
The system can be integrated into your corporate email system to allow emails
to be sent directly from Answer-link 3G.
BT 21st Century Compliant
All our Computer Telephony solutions have been designed and tested to ensure
compatibility with the new BT 21st Century Network Roll out.
Choice
Jontek are unique in that we provide Telecare Response Centres, but do not provide
any Telecare or Telehealth monitoring equipment, thus we are totally independent
from the manufacturers This provides our clients with the flexibility to source
the Telecare or Telehealth equipment which suits their range of services and clients
needs without being tied to any particular manufacturer, giving them the widest
possible choice of equipment and contributing to best value.
