Overview

Answer-Link 3G is the latest generation of Telecare Response Centres to be provided by Jontek, the system is fully Web enabled, complies with the TSA Codes of Practice and is in line with the Supporting People requirements for more flexible and cost-effective methods of working.
 
Answer-link 3G can also monitor legacy Community Alarm and Social Alarm systems as well as the latest generation of Telecare, Telehealth and Telemedicine equipment.
 
The system has a powerful yet user friendly reporting facility which allows for our clients to produce the vast array of reports required for TSA codes of Practice compliance, Supporting People and assists them to provide a High Quality and Efficient Telecare Monitoring Service in an ever more demanding climate.
 
 

Email Integration

The system can be integrated into your corporate email system to allow emails to be sent directly from Answer-link 3G.
 
 

BT 21st Century Compliant

All our Computer Telephony solutions have been designed and tested to ensure compatibility with the new BT 21st Century Network Roll out. 
 
 

Choice

Jontek are unique in that we provide Telecare Response Centres, but do not provide any Telecare or Telehealth monitoring equipment, thus we are totally independent from the manufacturers This provides our clients with the flexibility to source the Telecare or Telehealth equipment which suits their range of services and clients needs without being tied to any particular manufacturer, giving them the widest possible choice of equipment and contributing to best value.

Question
We have been with a single supplier for the last 10 years, are there any problems in connecting the Answer-link 3G centre to the wide variety of alarm equipment and Telecare peripherals we have out in the field.

Jontek have  vast experience of working with all of the major alarm equipment suppliers over the past 18 years. Our clients use a wide variety of alarm equipment and peripherals and we are confident that Answer-link 3G is compatible to a wider variety of equipment that any other centre in the UK.

Will the Answer-link 3G be able to identify uniquely the sensor/peripheral type and its location.

What if a new supplier enters the market with some exiting new alarm equipment we may wish to offer to our service users.

One of Jontek's major strengths is our independence from the alarm manufacturers and we are therefore willing to work with any supplier of Telecare, Telehealth/Telemedicine our customers wish

The application utilises SQL Server, is a Smart Client, requires no installation and can be run as a desk-top application or within a browser. It is a rich GUI and does not rely on having Citrix installed.
 

Fully Scaleable Solution

No practical limit on the number of lines and call handling stations.
 

Corporate PABX Interface

Calls can be handled on your corporate PABX, there is no dedicated handset/headset required. You can also use IP phones or soft phones - completely flexible.
 

VOIP

Can be integrated into your Corporate VOIP network allowing flexibility on where calls handling stations are located. For home working all that would be required would be a laptop, soft phone and a headset plugged into the laptop.
 
In the event of handling calls at alternative sites, no telephone lines or calls need to be diverted which often incurs considerable additional call costs and risk, as access is via the wide or local area network.
 

Flexible Telephone Line Technology

Allows calls to be handled from Analogue Telephone lines, ISDN30 and IP based protocols.
