After an exhaustive 6 months evaluation of alternative systems, Age Concern (Aid Call) announce award of contract for their new generation Telecare Response Centre to Jontek.
Jontek is pleased to announce that the Answer-Link 3G Telecare Response Centre is now available through the NHS PASA Telecare National Framework Agreement (NFA), from our partners, Vivatec.
Jontek and Tynetec have successfully tested the first implementation of the new Enhanced Telecare 21 protocol (21 TC) in the SayPhone 21 Dispersed Alarm Unit (DAU) and the Answer-link 3G web enabled Telecare Response centre
