Jontek Limited one of the UK's leading providers of Telecare/Social Alarm Monitoring Centres has been awarded a framework agreement for the supply of Telecare and Telehealth products to local authorities and NHS organisations.

Jontek are pleased to announce the rollout of the latest software upgrade for the Answer-link 3G Telecare Monitoring Centre.
We are pleased to announce that Jontek and Tynetec have become the first two companies to undertake successful independent testing of the newly approved BS8521 Telecare communication protocol at the BT test facility at Martlesham in Suffolk.
Aid Call, Age Concern's personal alarm system, has upgraded its call answering service to Jontek's state-of-the-art Answer-Link 3G product. The upgrade will allow Aid Call's Response Centre to deal quickly and effectively with higher call volumes, as well as ensuring the system is equipped to cope with future technologies.
After an exhaustive 6 months evaluation of alternative systems, Age Concern (Aid Call) announce award of contract for their new generation Telecare Response Centre to Jontek.
