The purpose of the members area and user forum is to help our customers with
any aspect of their service provision by learning from each other’s wide range
of experience and expertise.
The members area contains lots of useful information on New software developments,
Video demonstrations of software modules, Frequently asked questions, Training
tips etc.
The user forum allows customers to post information, case studies, interesting
articles etc which can be shared by the Jontek customer virtual user group. It
will also allow questions to be posted by customers to customers, e.g.” Has anybody
Installed get out of bed sensors, have there been any issues “ and also questions
can be posted to Jontek e.g. “When is email integration due to be launched” etc.
Please Note : All of the web site content will be moderated/checked before it goes live on
our members area, this is in the best interest of our customers and will ensure
the content remains professional and useful.
All Jontek customers will have their own username and unique confidential password.
