Jontek is pleased to announce that the Answer-Link 3G Telecare Response Centre is now available through the NHS PASA Telecare National Framework Agreement (NFA), from our partners, Vivatec.

 
Jontek have been working in partnership with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Primary Care Trusts for over 18 years developing Telecare and Homecare Software Telephony solutions to allow greater integration between Social Services, Health and Housing, enabling a much greater level of partnership working, in line with the governments requirement for joined up working.

Telecare Response Centres
Answer-Link 3G is the latest generation of Telecare Response Centres to be provided by Jontek, the system is fully Web enabled, complies with the TSA Codes of Practice and is in line with the Supporting People requirements for more flexible and cost-effective methods of working.
